We believe you will LOVE your bookmark but if you want to Return or Exchange it - just send us a message at hello@novelcorners.com and we'll get you a return label and instructions within 14 days of receiving your order. Bookmarks should be un-used. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us right away so we can correct the situation. You may be required to send us a photo of the bookmark/packaging for verification. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom bookmarks however, please reach out if you have any issues so we can do our best to make it right.

Your bookmark is made of high quality cardstock and vinyl but special care should still be taken to keep it looking beautiful. Make sure your hands are clean (free from excess oils, lotion, dirt, food or residue) before you handle it. This is a great habit for keeping your books in great shape too! The bookmark is made of paper and will absorb moisture, so keep it stored in it's box or in a book! Avoid heat or direct sunlight when not in use.

Ashlei began making Novel Corners™ after a fancy metal bookmark tore the page of a favorite novel. Her study of art in school and career as a graphic designer led to more elaborate designs that soon were in high demand among friends and family.

You can personalize any of our bookmarks with a name or word for just $5. When viewing a listing, the option to add personalization can be selected before adding to card. We will send you a proof of how the bookmark will look before making your bookmark.

How soon will I get my order?

Each bookmark is made by hand in our Northern California studio. We offer personalization on every bookmark so this item is not ready to ship - we will make your bookmark upon receiving your order (usually 3-5 business days). We ship via USPS first class. Most orders arrive 2-5 days after leaving our studio. You will receive tracking. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is accurate.
