Shipping policy
We want nothing more than for you to get your new bookmark into your hands! Each bookmark is made by hand in our Northern California studio. We offer personalization on most bookmarks so these items are NOT ready to ship - we will make your bookmark upon receiving your order. Items usually ship within 3-5 business days. These timeframes change occasionally so it's always best to pay attention to timeframes given at checkout.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (aka first class) and include tracking and insurance. Most orders arrive 1-5 days after leaving our studio.
- Novel Corners™ is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or in cases where USPS staff loses/misplaces your package. This includes "porch theft."
- Expected delivery dates are just that- when the USPS system expects that your shipment will arrive.
- Once the item is shipped by Novel Corners™, unfortunately we are unable to control or assist in the process of of delivery. Any information that is on the USPS tracking website is what we are able to see with regards to the status. If your order says delivered but you don't have your shipment...first, we suggest you contact your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn't work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier's website. If you can't track down the package within 3 days, please contact us for the next steps!
