We believe you will LOVE your bookmark but if you want to Return or Exchange it - just send us a message at hello@novelcorners.com and we'll get you a return label and instructions within 14 days of receiving your order. Bookmarks should be un-used. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us right away so we can correct the situation. You may be required to send us a photo of the bookmark/packaging for verification. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom bookmarks however, please reach out if you have any issues so we can do our best to make it right.

Your bookmark is made of high quality cardstock and vinyl but special care should still be taken to keep it looking beautiful. Make sure your hands are clean (free from excess oils, lotion, dirt, food or residue) before you handle it. The bookmark is made of paper and will absorb moisture, so keep it stored in it's box or in a book! Avoid heat or direct sunlight when not in use.

I purchased several of these corners, and this one is our favorite. The layering adds depth, and the silver really makes it pop! This would make an excellent gift for someone who enjoys reading printed books or to journal. It's also made really well. It doesn't look like it's going to be instantly crushed and bent with use. Probably the best source for corner bookmarks on Etsy.

Each bookmark is made by hand in our Northern California studio. We offer personalization on every bookmark so this item is not ready to ship - we will make your bookmark upon receiving your order (usually 3-5 business days). We ship via USPS first class. Most orders arrive 2-5 days after leaving our studio. You will receive tracking. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is accurate.
